Head of School’s Message

Known since time immemorial as the “Athens of the East”, Madurai is the cultural and historical hub of Tamil Nadu, in Southern India. Home to the glorious Meenakshi-Sundareshwarar Temple, Madurai, situated on the banks of the River Vaigri, was established in ancient times as a center for excellence in agriculture, spices, and arts and crafts as well as philosophy and education, with a flourishing international trade reaching as far as China, Persia, Egypt, Greece and the Roman Empire.  So significant was the city of Madurai, that translators and ambassadors represented the great city in Athens and Rome. We are proud to be the first full IB-Continuum international school in this region of Tamil Nadu. In modern-day Madurai.  We aim to combine the rich, cultural heritage of Madurai with its cutting-edge approach to technology and our world class education preparation for the surrounding medical and engineering training facilities. We look forward to welcoming both regional and international students to our state-of-the-art campus.
